Recent development activity at the Osoyoos Airport means that the Osoyoos area is now strategically positioned like never before to further develop aviation manufacturing and service-related business activity.
The Osoyoos Airport is conveniently located on Highway 3, across from the Industrial Park and is within walking distance to the downtown core. The runway parallels Highway 3 and the Industrial Park. Just west of the intersection of Highway 3 and 97. The runway is paved and should start to see considerably more activity. There currently are no services at the Airport, no phone or washroom facilities.Airport details:

The airport is also used by the local radio controlled model aircraft club, their use is sporadic. On rare occasions the airport is used as a sanctioned drag racing strip with the use granted by the Town of Osoyoos.
